Fitness Plans
KimFit Fitness sessions include 4 classes per week. Classes vary from 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Classes range from cardio, strength, HIIT, and mind/body (examples include pilates, mobility, flexibility, and stability). All classes are virtual so that our members are able to work out in the convenience of their own space! Members can expect two in-person classes throughout the summer at Red Rocks in June and July.
Members also receive access to the entire KimFit Fitness workout library, 24/7. Classes are named, dated, and time stamped so participants will be able to see how long a specific workout is and fit a class in that works best!
Memberships also include complimentary participation within the KimFit Fitness monthly challenges which focus on pillars of health outside of movement such a sleep, hydration, and nutrition. Members will learn tools to help build upon their hard work within the KimFit Fitness sessions, get the most out of workouts and implement a healthy lifestyle that is actually sustainable.
