Meal Planning Master Class

Class time options are 9am or 4pm MST

Cost - $45 non-members and $20 for members [members will recieve a code to their email!]

This is a 30 min workshop followed by a 15min Q and A session.  You will learn how to strategically plan a weeks worth of healthy, balanced meals using an easy to follow planning method. You will have access to all the planning materials and will be set for success.
